Burials and Cremations

When a Burial is intended there can be many options open to the family. You may already have a family grave or you can purchase a new grave at certain local cemeteries.

If you decide to purchase a new grave for the service you are not restricted to your local cemetery; although some cemetery authorities may charge a higher fee if you are not a local resident.

Cremation

When Cremation is intended there are various Crematoria that you can use, whether you intend to have a full service at the Crematorium, Chapel or Committal only following a Church Service.

All Chapels have facilities to play recorded music and the use of an Organ. They also have different types of memorials and Gardens of Remembrance where cremated remains can be placed.

Stockport Crematorium has two chapels, The Cypress and The Rowan, each offering a service time of 45 minutes.

Manchester Crematorium, Barlow Moor Road , Manchester - 061 881 5269
Manchester Crematorium has two chapels, the Old Chapel, being the larger in size and the New Chapel each offering a service time of 40 minutes.

Altrincham Crematorium, Dunham Massey, Altrincham - 0161 928 7771
Based near Dunham Park , Altrincham Crematorium has one chapel offering a service time of 30 minutes.
